I don't get it. If I don't order a specific photo card design, how do I know what I'm getting?? You don't exactly, since everything I do is custom made - unique to you. And, you can make unlimited revisions to your design until you are 100% happy. Look over my card samples to see my style. If you like my style, you'll love your design!
How long until I get the first draft of my design? After I have collected your photos/information, you will receive a first draft of your design via e-mail -- generally within 1-3 business days.
You can review the draft and offer feedback. We offer unlimited revisions to your design to ensure you get a design that you love.

If you place a print order and it arrives damaged, simply return the damaged product and replacements will be sent as soon as possible.
